ASSOCIATION BETWEEN HEALTH WORKER MOTIVATION AND HEALTHCARE QUALITY EFFORTS IN GHANA

Tabel Perbandingan Health Worker Motivation And Healthcare Quality Efforts In Ghana

Tenaga Kesehatan yang diberikan Fasilitas
Tenaga Kesehatan yang Tidak diberikan Fasilitas
Financial
Tinggi,
Rendah,

Pendidikan
Bisa menggunakan peralatan yang lebih canggih
Tidak bisa menfaatkan ilmu yang ada
Beban Kerja
Tinggi, semakin banyak fasilitas semakin tinggi beban kerja.
Rendah, semakin sedikit fasilitas penunjang kesehatan semakin rendah beban kerja

Association between health worker motivation and healthcare quality efforts in Ghana
